Security based account balance which have taken from MKK and published on "{{TakasDosyaTarih}}", " {{TakasDosyaSaat}} " o'clock.

Security based data which belongs to storage balances that have taken from MKK cannot be published again.
Previous version of data without any process which is published by MKK takes place at "About Settlement Data" page. Because settlement operations are implemented T+2( second work day of operation day), operations which have unrealized settlements are not reflected to storage balances that are published by MKK.

Data are published with 10 working days delay in the scope of sub-receptivity contract.

Informations which take place here are cannot be copied in part or all over, cannot be implemented, distributed, hired, multiplied, cannot be used with sub-license, changed, stored to use in future without a written permisson of MKK previously.

MKK doesn’t have a commitment about being direct or indirect bail or guarantor of the accuracy and entirety of these information. Users of informations which are published by MKK accepts that MKK doesn’t accept any commitments, responsibilities or debts about direct or indirect losses as a result of it’s usage.

MKK doesn’t accept any responsibilities about errors and lacks in the informations which are taken from sources that MKK provides information or published by itself with a movement from the fact that all types of errors or lack of informations can occur because of human errors or technical reasons and other factors.

Note:2- Difference between stock based and member detailed data storage balance total and total which is given by MKK comes from other members(accounts which are opened for closed stock brokers, executed accounts and accounts which are opened for using by MKK independently from settlement operations).
